    • Membership can be shared among your family with up to three members in your household.

    • Carry over unused credit! If you miss your monthly massage, we'll roll your credit over to the next month so you continue to get the best value and experience.

    • Membership is a 12-month agreement and after the term becomes a month-to-month subscription

    • Early cancellation: $20 charge/month will be incurred for the remainder of the annual membership if the agreement is breached

    • Full legal name and date of birth

    • If you're on a family plan, the policyholder's information

    Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment.
